The Weld Builder extension app is located under the Utility tab in the navigation menu.
The Smart Pendant can be operated via touch interface. The navigation menu Menu is located in the upper left corner. A list with all menu items can be folded out under this Menu. The Weld Builder extension is located under the Utility tab.
